1. Our Commitment to You

At Haosomely, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

2. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not automatically offer a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you did not like the purchase.

14-Day Courtesy Window

Notwithstanding the above, for SpeakEasy Premium (a digital subscription/service), we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not extensively used the service beyond initial evaluation.

4. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order confirmation email, receipt, or other satisfactory proof of purchase.
  • Digital Product: As SpeakEasy is a digital service, physical return is not required. However, your premium access will be revoked upon refund approval.
  • Non-Refundable: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made more than 14 days ago, unless a major failure is identified as outlined in Section 2.

5. How to Lodge a Claim

To initiate a refund claim:

  1. Notification: Email zhuangdeyouxiang@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Outcome: If approved, your premium access will be revoked and a refund issued.

6. Processing Timelines

Once your refund request is received:

  • Review: 2–3 business days.
  • Notification: We will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved or rejected.
  • Payment: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Bank Processing: Usually takes 5–10 business days.
